Liquidation and purchase of the company
Liquidation of the company is one of the forms of dissolution of the firm which is often connected incorrectly with incompetence of failure in business. The firm may, however, be liquidated successfully also if it has no problem and the profit from liquidation is more favourable for the owners than to go on doing business. At a successful liquidation of the company, also a liquidation balance is achieved and it is transferred to the shareholders subsequently.
Thus the sense of liquidation of a firm is settlement of proprietary relations of the extinguished business entity without any legal successor up to its deletion from the Commercial Register.

- archiving of documents in the national archives + motion to delete the company from the Commercial Register

We can say basically that the length of liquidation is 4 months at minimum even in case of the smallest company. The reason is the terms set down by law.
