3. Working with data messages

Learn to check your messages regularly. Each message is concidered read 10 days after delivery, even if you have not physically opened it.

Delegation of access: If you have employees or external accountants, they can be given access to the data box.

Notifications: Activate email or SMS notifications of new messages.

Document backup: Regularly store important documents in a safe place outside the data box system.
